HOME>PRODUCTS>Auto covering machine/case maker     Full automatic rigid box making machine ZTH-660B USAGE: This production is the most advanced equipment of making the rigid set-up box (such as shoe box ,shirt box , jewellery box, gift box , food box ,hardware box etc). It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system., touch-sensitive screen , achieving paper feeding , gluing , cardboard folding , spotting , automatic arm guiding, wrapping , and wrapped box finish in one process. The entire processes are automatic.Compared with the traditional hand made production, the produce efficiency improves by 50times. MAIN STRUCTURE FEATURES 1. Feeding system feeds the wrap paper piece by piece automatically. 2. Equipped with heat exchanging gluing system. 3. Heat sealed equipment achieves corner sticking of unwrapped box in one process. 4. Spotter system achieves accurately registrantion for unwrapped box and glued wrap paper by servomotor and vacuum suction belt conveyor , with precision error ¡À 0.5mm 5. Automatic arm guiding device is between conveyor belt and wrapper unit, which is controlled by computer . 6. Wrapper unit achieves box-feeding, side winding, roll-folding and rolling over. 7.
