Yes, it is possible, but you have to change the glue roller. The glue roller is electrically craved with the line position. If extra line position pattern, it needs extra glue roller. You can provide technical drawing of line position for our making or do it by yourselves. Glue roller width is 680mm. effective gluing width 600mm. you must design gluing lines within size of printed paper. And pls take into consideration the margin for slitting edge. What¡¯s the diameter of glue roller? D=150mm How many glue do we need to start the machine? With regards to the adhesive & releasing agent, can pls tell me how many sheets of sticky note can be produced from 1 Kg. -it should be about 15kgs repeelable pressure sensitive adhesive and 5 kgs release agent to start the machine. We will supply 15kgs adhesive and 5 kgs release agent with machine with free charge for your testing. And 1kg glue can make about 40kgs paper and 1kg release agent can make 70-80kgs paper.
